Reggie was scheduled for his three year old pictures this morning. First thing after waking up and eating breakfast, he and Brandon went out to wash the car, and that's when his face met our concrete stairs.
Curse you Murphy's Law.
**You can't see it past that goose egg, but his lip and nose are scratched up too.

Oh Reggie! Ouch! My sister Alane said that used to happen to her so much with her son Steven that she finally just took him to get his pictures taken that way--"That's what he looks like! she said. Tell him grandpa would say, "Nice Trophies" grandma would say, "Let's go buy ice cream".
Ouch! Poor Reg! Those are some scary stairs. I hope you feel better!
Oh no that's a bad one! And of course, OF COURSE it happens on picture day.
SO FUNNY what mommaj said...cuz I was just thinking of the same thing! Happened on his 3 birthday too...so I took Alicia in and got her picture done! Mr. Bruised head had to wait 2 wks.
ouch! We were on our way in to take pictures once and Miya fell right at the entrance of the store and scratched up her arm. It was so hard to calm her down for pictures and you can clearly see her scrape in every picture.
Ouch! Poor Reggie! But did you say they were washing the car outside in January?! Nice :)
